Competencies

My field of competencies is very broad. I have experience in digital marketing,  content- and customer loyalty marketing. In addition, I am a trained UX designer who can develop and accompany services and products from the customer's point of view. I use classic but also agile working methods for this.

Competencies

My focus is a good experience for customers. I see myself as a clients' advocate with marketing and UX design skills. Why do I need both? User Experience (UX) is the key to understanding your customers' needs and creating a good customer experience with your business. Marketing is the toolbox for good interaction and relationships with your prospects and customers. Both together can help you make your business even more successful in the future.

UX-/UI-Design

I have both the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge. In 2021, I successfully completed my UX Designer and my UI Specialty course at Career Foundry (Berlin). A total of more than 80 different teaching units, each with practical tasks and three completed projects, were part of the training. This experimental work included user surveys, competitive analyses, knowledge of different prototype methods, and the final tests of the prototypes. In addition to the training, I have been working regularly on customer journeys and website development for years. In 2020, for example, I was responsible for creating various web pages to explain the investment concept of Fidelity's asset management.

Marketing

My strength is my broad and long-term experience in Marketing with a constantly expanding knowledge of different marketing disciplines. So I can offer you experience in Dialogmarketing, Content marketing, Online-Marketing, Customer Relationship-Marketing, and ultimately in Marketing-Automation and Client Nurturing.
