What's User Experience (UX)?

How to bring products and services to life that clients need? UX is more than product development - it's a philosophy for successful companies

What is User Experience?

User Experience ("UX") is the experience or interaction a user has with a product or service and everything around it.
In our digital world, UX usually involves designing content, information, and interfaces in a way that provides value to and generates loyalty with users. It is a process from understanding customer needs to the finished product.

Design Thinking - the DNA of UX

Design Thinking has a significant impact on the UX process today. It's the blueprint for customer-orientated product development because it encompasses the client from the beginning to the end of the process. Three professors have invented Design-Thinking at Stanford University. The common understanding of design thinking today is a five-step approach to understanding customers' problems and needs and figuring out how products and services can fit them. Design thinking is a mix of play, trial and error, and understanding of how users will use products and services in their daily life.
